for clerical duties to maintain the day- to-day running of the office.
Responsibilities:
Provide telephone and clerical support services to the organization.

Answer a multi-line phone.

Contacting supporters.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.

Ability to work independently and well-organized

Competency in dealing with the public on phone or in person

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is an asset.

Ramadan Mubarak
Since there has been no
confirmed sighting of the crescent anywhere in North America and the
Caribbean, the Hilaal Committee of GTA has declared the start of Ramadan
to be Thursday 12 Aug. 2010 making Shabaan 30 days, al-hamdu-Lilaah.
We pray that all our fasting, recitation of Holy Quran, dhikr,
tarawih prayers and acts of ibaadat during Ramadan be the
source of change that will make Muslims the best of examples. May our
actions cause us to attain taqwa, safety, peace, prosperity and
bring us closer to Almighty Allah and His Beloved Prophet 'Alaihis-Salaatu
wa Salaam.
Masjid Noor-ul-Haram and its management take this opportunity to
wish all Muslims "Ramadan Mubarak".
